If you are on a monthly plan – meaning you didn’t prepay for a specific duration – you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account here, selecting your subscription and clicking on “cancel.” Please note that you cannot cancel retroactively.

Yes, you can pick your socks … at Walmart. But not here. Sockbox has a highly trained staff in the art of sock curation. We will choose carefully and wisely and surprise you with cool new socks every month. It’s what we do!

If you choose a month-to-month subscription – meaning you did not prepay for a specific duration – you can cancel anytime. If you prepaid, you cannot stop the service. But we’re quite sure you will enjoy the socks every time they show up!

We are sorry, but we do not allow returns. Each month, our sock stylists select high quality, fashionable socks from some of the top brands in the industry, so we think you will love them no matter what. If you do not, please send us a note via our contact page so we know not to send you similar socks in the future.

Socks are important to us and to you. You must have socks! First, double-check to make sure it is at least seven business days past the ship date for when you opened the account. If it is and you have not received your socks, fill out this form and we will look into it. Don’t worry. We know a month without socks is no fun at all. We will get you the socks you need!

In the United States, it should take no more than seven days from the time we ship the socks until you receive them. We ship our socks with the U.S. Postal Service. If you did not get your socks in a timely fashion, fill out this form and we will look into it right away.

We typically ship our socks on the 15th of the month. You should have them within seven days. If you do not, let us know!

We curate our socks from high-end brands like Happy Socks, Sock It To Me and Richer Poorer.
